Camp: Day 2
Had a good day at camp. Did alot of massage. Heard some great information on the use of a HRM and some interesting thing about setting goals. We all have goals. Had a conversation with Rick about diet and a HRM. The best ways of using one in term of over training and LT and the zones to train in. We have a long bike ride tomorrow and back to massage after that. So Train Hard and Race Fast.. William

First Day of Camp
Well the first day of camp went smoothly. I p/u Melanie from the airport right on time. The drive to Sarasota went by fast cause of the great conversation I had with her. We arrived to meet 16 eager campers from all over the country, as far away as Alaska. All of them ready top learn. We had a little time for interductions and some dinner, very good by the way. Right into lecture we went. First was Rick Kattouf our nutritional guy from Ohio. Tons of information on diet and how it plays apart in life and sports. Then it was Christina Maddox, George Hincapie mental coach as well as our at least for the weekend. Athlete her self helping us be even better athletes. The hole day for me was awsume. It was the best feeling to be around all the great athletes. Train Hard Race Fast: William
